Samsung State of Origin Promo Terms & Conditons

  1. Eligibility: The State of Origin Samsung Phone Promotion (“Promotion”) is open to residents of Papua New Guinea aged 18 years or older, except employees of Fone Haus, Samsung, their families, agencies, or anyone else associated with the Promotion.
  2. Promotion Period: The Promotion begins on June 3, 2024, and ends on July 28, 2024. Entries received outside of this period will not be considered.
  3. Entry Requirements: To enter the Promotion, participants must purchase a Samsung phone OR  from Fone Haus retail stores or online during the Promotion Period and complete the entry form provided either in-store or online. Each eligible purchase of a Samsung phone counts as one entry into the draw.
  4. Prize Draw: The prize draw will be conducted on July 29, 2024, from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The draw will be conducted at random under the supervision of The Fone Haus General Manager.
  5. Prizes: There are three (3) prizes available to be won. Each prize consists of an NRL finals game package for two (winner and their chosen guest) in Sydney. The package includes tickets to the NRL finals game, flights (Port Moresby to Sydney return), accommodation (shared room), transfers, visa assistance, and spending money.
  6. Winner Notification: Winners will be notified by phone and/or email within two (2) days of the draw. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within Five (5) days of notification, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner selected.
  7. Verification of Winners: Winners may be required to provide proof of purchase and/or identification to verify eligibility. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
  8. Prize Conditions: Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods or services. Winners are responsible for any additional expenses not specifically included in the prize package. In the event that the winner decided to not travel, or have been denied a visa to enter Australia, he/she will be given k2,000 in cash prize instead.
  9. Publicity: By entering the Promotion, participants agree to participate in any promotional activities related to the Promotion, including but not limited to, the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes, without additional compensation.
  10. Privacy: Any personal information collected as part of this Promotion will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Promotion and will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
  11. General Conditions: Fone Haus reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion, or these Terms and Conditions, at any time without notice for any reason. The decision of Fone Haus regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding.
  12. Governing Law: The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions are governed by Papua New Guinea law. Any disputes arising in connection with the Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of  Papua New Guinea
